As you look through these resources, you will read the same messages – Friends groups and Foundations serve distinct purposes. Effective communication between the two groups is always crucial. Regarding composition of the Foundation Board, keep in mind that while representation on the Foundation Board from your library board is important, you will need to avoid having a quorum of library board members serving on the Foundation Board.
